APSC recruitment 2017 apply for 22 Agricultural Development officer and Junior Engineer

The Assam Public Service Commission came into existence on Ist April, 1937 in accordance with the provision of the Govt. of India Act, 1935 with Mr James Hezelett, a retired ICS officer from London, as its first Chairman. Till framing a new regulation in 1951, five more officers mostly retired ICS officer, held the office of the Chairman for different period after Mr James Hezelett.

Assam Public service commission released new notification for the recruitment of total 12 (Twelve) jobs out of which (Nine) jobs for Agricultural Development officer and 03 (Three) jobs for Junior Engineer. Job seekers should apply before 25th October 2017.

Agricultural Development officer:- 09 vacancies

Qualification:- Aspirants who wanted to participate for Agricultural Development officer should have passed B.Sc. from a recognized university and also recognized by the government of Assam.
Salary Structure:- Rs 30000 – 110000/- Per Month
Junior Engineer:- 03 vacancies

Qualification:- Aspirants who wanted to participate for Junior Engineer should have three year diploma in engineering from any recognized institution.
Salary Structure:- Rs 14000 – 49000/- Per Month
Age Limit:- Upper age limit as on 1st January 2017.



Agricultural Development officer:- 21 to 43 years
Junior Engineer:- 18 to 43 years
Selection Process:-  Written Examination and after exams candidates will be invited for personal Interview.

How to apply for APSC recruitment 2017:- Applicants may apply in prescribed application form along with self-attested photocopies of certificate / mark-sheets from HSLC onwards and also caste certificate / registration certificate / experience certificate (Where necessary) send to the deputy Secretary, Assam public service commission, Jawahamagar, Khanapara, Guwahati on or before 25th October 2017.
